The above-mentioned members of the School Managing Committee agree and abide by the following instructions/rules.
The above committee members shall be taking charge of the School Managing Committee w.e.f October 5th 2021.
The above-mentioned members have agreed to facilitate the functions and roles on a remuneration that shall be decided by the committee itself.
The Signing authority on behalf of the School Managing Committee, shall be the Chairman, Secretary and or the Treasurer in absence of any one of the Chairman or Secretary. Hence, Mrs. Sheeba Francis Dey, Secretary or Mr. Ravi Francis, Chairman (both) or in absence of either of the members Mr. Sandeep R Dey, Treasurer shall be signing authority with either Chairman or Secretary of the SMC.
Signing authority for all bank accounts and transaction with Vendors or Stake holders of the school shall be Mrs. Sheeba Francis Dey.
The Board Members shall not expect any fixed Remuneration from the School Managing Committee.
The School Managing Committee and its function is to see to the welfare of the school, its students, staff and smooth functioning of the school.
In order to pass any resolution a minimum of three members would be required for the sanctioning any new purchase order, sale order or any business impacting the revenue of the school.
The School Managing Committee members would be required for the recruitment of School Teaching Staff/ Teachers/ Estate Managers/ Supervisors/ Wardens/ or any other staff that would be involved in growth and development of the students of the school.
The School Managing Committee in case needs to be re-structured can be done so with a minimum attendance of 50% of its Board members or in presence of 4 members, however, the presence of the Secretary of the SMC is mandatory
